Excellent Service! These guys managed to get out to me at very short notice, when my builder discovered some A/C ducts were in the way during a renovation we are having. They did an initial inspection, then relocated and extended ducts, relocated 2 outlets, removed 1 outlet and gave a full service of the A/C all within 2 days of my phoning them.They were recommended by my the manufacturer of my Air Con system (Actron Air) and I can see why.I will definitely use them for my A/C needs in the future.read more

Our house used in-room gas heaters which I was unhappy about because of the health issue of the fumes. Nick proposed using two multi-head split systems for heating which will also provide cooling in the summer. The proposed arrangement was selected to minimise external ducting and the compressors were selected for their heating efficiency as well as a cash back offer to minimise the cost. The reverse cycle gives about four times as much heating to a room as a conventional electric fire for the same amount of electricity and is also about a quarter of the cost of using gas heating. The team from Swift arrived on time and worked hard all day to complete the installation. The workmanship was of high quality. The system works as proposed and I have no hesitation in recommending Swift Air Conditioning as a designer and installer for air conditioning equipment.read more

Dealing with the Swift team was a positive experience from the start. From the minute I made a phone call for a quote, I knew this was a reputable organisation.. Nick came out within the hour, surveyed the site and had a price within the next hour. Access to the property is by water only and this did not phase Nick, nor did he over charge for the inconvenience. In fact, he worked with me to achieve the desired result by delivering equipment the day before work commenced.. He and his team arrived on time and loaded the boat and offloaded at the jetty and carried the equipment into the house and no complaints! They arrived on time the following day and did an outstanding job installing a Ducted System.Nick and the team were extremely courteous at all times and nothing was too difficult. They cleaned up as they went along, took the packaging and the old split system away. I could not speak more highly of Nick and his team. Fantastic! We had a timing issue and Nick was awesome, we communicated every day and he installed 3 units just before he closed for Xmas/New Year!He turned up with a team of 4, and they went about their work quickly and efficiently. Very polite, and all work was explained. I was referred to Swift Air Conditioning through a friend after having numerous quotes from other companies regarding an issue with my air conditioning unit. I was told that there was nothing that can be done for the unit, as it was out of the warranty period and to repair it was just not worth the cost. I felt I was being pushed to have it replaced which was a cost that I could not afford. I called Swift Air Conditioning the very next day regarding this issue and was instantly made to feel at ease. Staff had polite phone manner, professionalism and product knowledge which was unlike the other companies I had dealt with. True to their word, one of the teams came out 3 days later and fixed my air conditioner in the process saving me a lot of money and time.
